1. You have, for a period of 30 days, the right to exchange or return the ordered articles. Please use this fair service with sense.
2. Repack the item in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed, not modified or damaged.
3. The products must be shipped back to us within 30 days after delivery. Print the return form, fill it in and insert the form into the package.

5. Ask for a proof of shipment with track and trace code, so you can follow the package online. When you notice that the package is not delivered within two weeks, please contact our customer service.

When you select the pair would like to receive instead, it is recommended to check the website if that product is still available. Please note that the return costs remain at your expenses. Nevertheless, we will pay for the shipping costs of your new product! We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once we receive your exchange product, we will send you an email with the status of your exchange and the shipping information of the requested new order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you have received a wrong or a defect product, please contact our customer support before returning the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund, if the returned item is damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund of the purchase amount. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
