GENERAL INFORMATION
1. For a period of 30 days, you have the right to exchange or return the ordered articles. Please use this service with common sense.
2. Repack the item in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unmodified and undamaged. 
3. The products must be shipped back to us within 30 days after delivery. Print the return form, fill it in and insert the form into the package.

4. Send your return with sufficient postage to the following address:

Please note that packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

5. Ask for a proof of shipment with track and trace code, so you can follow the package online. When you notice that the package is not delivered within two weeks, please contact our customer service.

RETURN
When sending back a product, the following conditions apply:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGE
When you select the product you would like to receive instead, it is recommended to check the website if that product is still available.

When exchanging products, the following conditions apply:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will pay for the shipping costs of your new product!
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your exchange product, we will send you an email with the status of your exchange and the shipping information of the requested new order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund, if the returned item is damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund of the purchase amount. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

INCORRECT / DEFECT PRODUCT
If you have received a wrong or a defect product, please contact our customer support before returning the product.
