If you are not completely satisfied about your purchase at www.ontour.nl, you can return an item within 14 days. Returning products within the Netherlands is free of charge. Outside the Netherlands the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. When you return the complete order you will also receive a refund of the delivery costs. If you placed your order with Klarna the instructions below are also applicable for you. You will receive a new payment link from Klarna that will replace the old payment link. Don’t forget to attach the filled out return ticket to your package. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact Customer Service.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The items(s) should be intact with the original labels attached in the original packaging.
• The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
• Exchanging an item is unfortunately not possible, return your item an place a new order.
• Should you receive an item in a less than perfect state, please report it to our Customer Service via email@example.com as soon as possible.
All returns within the Netherlands are free and processed with PostNL. Please check http://www.postnl.nl/locatiewijzer to find your nearest PostNL collection point and include the following information when returning an order:
For international returns outside of the Netherlands, the cost is to be covered by the customer. We advise you to keep the track and trace number until you receive confirmation of arrival of the package. That way we can always help you to find your package if needed.
