The Terms and Conditions below apply to the complete Ontour website on web address http://www.ontour.nl. When you place an order on the Ontour webshop you acknowledge to have read and agreed to this Terms and Conditions.
Delivery and shipping costs
All orders are shipped by UPS. Depending on the country of destination the order will be shipped by UPS Express Saver or UPS Standard. Please note that UPS is not able to send orders to P.O. boxes.Orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 workdays after you have received the shipping confirmation by e-mail. Both registered and un-registrered customers will receive a tracking number which you can track your order with at http://www.ups.com.

Returns
You have the right to return the goods you ordered on the Ontour webshop within 14 days after receiving the goods. We only accept returns if you return the goods with all delivered accessories and tags and in the original condition and packaging. Unpacking or fitting the product before returning is only acceptable to the extent necessary to judge whether you wish to keep the product or not. Please note that we won't accept returned goods if we suspect the item has been worn or damaged by the customer.If you wish to return your order, all return-shipping costs and eventual custom or import taxes are at your own expense. If you want a refund and the returned goods meet the above stated conditions, we will return the amount of the payment for the goods as quickly as possible. This will be no later than 30 days after we have received your return.
We try our best to make sure the goods are delivered in the correct size and color. However, if for some reason there is a mistake on our part regarding size and color, we will refund the amount of the payment as well as the return shipping costs once we have received the returned goods.
It is possible to exchange an item if the preferred replacement is in stock. Please contact us at customerservice@ontour.nl if you want to reserve a replacement before returning the goods. The shipping costs for the new item and eventual custom or import taxes are at your own expense. In case we are unable to send a replacement for your returned goods, you will receive a refund.

During sale offers the policy explained above will not apply. Ontour will not accept any returns or exchanges for sale items.Before returning the goods, please fill in the return form that is included in the package and send this along with your return within 14 days to the following address:

Make sure you send the return with a tracking number because Ontour cannot be held responsible for lost returns during transport.
Sizing
Size charts that are given for individual items on the webshop are meant as a rough guideline. Even though we do our best to give you as accurate as possible information regarding sizing and measurements, slight deviations may occur. Feel free to contact us at customerservice@ontour.nl if you have any questions or doubts about measurements before ordering.
Payment methods
For worldwide payments we accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. For Dutch customers we also accept iDeal.
Order confirmation
After you complete the checkout and payment process of your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. A second confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your payment is successfully registered by our Payment Service Provider.
Shipping confirmation
Your order will be dispatched within 2 workdays from the time you placed the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation immediately after your order is dispatched.
Prices
All prices on the Ontour webshop include Dutch VAT (19%). For countries outside the EU there is no VAT charged. The VAT charge will be removed during the check out process. The shipping costs are always excluded from the prices stated on the Ontour webshop. Total price including shipping costs is given during the check out process.
All prices in the Ontour webshop can be displayed in the following currencies:

Please note that the customer is reliable for custom or import taxes that are charged on international orders when it reaches the destination country.

When placing an order, you can choose whether you create an account or you fill in your personal information without registration. If you have an account, the above stated personal information will be automatically displayed during the check out process after you have logged in.
We only use your personal information for processing and delivering your order correctly and for keeping you up-to-date about your order. The credit card information you fill in during the check-out process won't be stored in our database.
Security
To secure your personal information during the checkout process we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with encryption and authentication technology. To prevent any fraud regarding creditcard payments on the Ontour webshop we use 3D secure technology offered by 'Verified by Visa' for Visa and 'MasterCard SecureCode' for Mastercard.
